How many have moved in and out of Vingåker so far in 2026
So far this year, more people have moved out of Vingåker than moved in. But April turned positive, and 2025 figures show an interesting signal among people in family-forming ages.
Unemployment in Vingåker was 7.3 percent in March 2026
In March 2026, 275 Vingåker residents aged 16–64 were unemployed. Statistics Sweden’s latest preliminary monthly data shows small changes compared with February.
21 of 38 new passenger cars in Vingåker were plug-in vehicles January–May 2026
During January–May 2026, 38 passenger cars were newly registered in Vingåker municipality. Electric cars and plug-in hybrids accounted for 21 of them.
Almost half commuted out of Vingåker in 2024
In 2024, 1,789 employed Vingåker residents commuted to work in another municipality. That corresponds to 45.7 percent of employed residents.
