Free bus cards for young people and seniors

The municipal council decided on April 13 on free bus cards for children and young people during summer, and free bus cards for the rest of the year from June 1 for seniors aged 67+.

The decision is aimed at making local travel easier during summer and the rest of the year.

During January–May 2026, 38 passenger cars were newly registered in Vingåker municipality. Electric cars and plug-in hybrids accounted for 21 of them.
